Typescript with questions and answers from a survey concerning Krzysztof Kieślowski’s documentary film “Curriculum Vitae” (1975), produced for Polish Television. The document contains a collection of numbered statements (including 1-48) in which participants of the screening respond to three questions: whether a socio-political film can serve as a tool of ideological training, what conditions it should meet in order to be communicative, and whether it reflects the actual attitudes present within the party. They comment on, among other things, the credibility of the protagonists, the portrayal of the Party Control Commission, the selection of topics and target audiences for such films, and the risks related to their reception in various social groups. The typescript has the character of evaluative material documenting the film’s reception, in the available copy without visible handwritten corrections.
