Description

A computer printout with a French team’s travel plan for Krzysztof Kieślowski’s film “The Double Life of Veronique” (1991) – the director’s first foreign film. At the time of work on the film, the title “A Chorus Girl” was used. The authors of the script are Krzysztof Piesiewicz and Krzysztof Kieślowski, who present a story about two identical women, a Polish and a French one (both roles played by Irène Jacob), who inexplicably feel each other’s presence. The document includes a plan for the French team’s stay from August 27 to September 16 – castings, meetings, visiting facilities in Krakow, visiting spa facilities 150 km from Krakow, French castings, searching for facilities in Paris.
