Description
A manuscript with notes for Krzysztof Kieślowski’s film “I was a soldier” (1970). Before the film had this title, the work was carried out under the working titles “One world for all” and “The Blind”. The film was made together with Andrzej Titkow, a colleague of the director from the Film School in Łódź. Production took place outside the parent Documentary Film Studio, at the “Czołówka” Film Studio. The note entitled “Fun from 24.05.1969” about the idea of a party scene of blind soldiers in Berlin dancing and singing to the tune of “Red Poppies”. Non-standard format – the sheet of paper is 1_2 of the entire sheet.
